12 tags of christmas album - guest designer for Use it tuesday!

Hi everyone,

I'm sad but at the same time also excited! I've been very busy with the 12 tags of Christmas of Tim Holtz. And can't believe that it's over! That's why I'm sad. But I'm excited because I'm guest designer for Use it Tuesday! I'm so honored to be a part of this incredible design team for this week.
The theme is Holiday.  So I wanted to make something to show off my 12 tags of christmas. And I came up with sort of a display/album. This way it's part of my Christmas decorations!
I used eyelets for clothing from my stash. Since I started with paper crafting I forgotten all about them. I've used them for the covers. The advantage of the garment eyelets is that it also has a nice back side! You're very limited with setting the eyelets in paper. So I want a Big Bite! haha. I know what I'm asking for Christmas!

Here is the result:

The materials I used for this project:
  • 1mm thick cardboard
  • Eyelets
  • Distress Ink: Vintage Photo
  • Idea-ology: ornate plate, corners
  • Design cardstock: Bo Bunny - Snowfall
  • Grunge paper
  • Bookbinding Rings
  • Die On the Edge - scalloped
  • Sandpaper
  • Dabber paint: pearl
  • Ribbon
Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope to see you next time!
Sandra
