CC3C #1 Paint Marbeling

Hi everyone,

The time is here for the first challenge of the Compendium of Curiosities 3! Linda Ledbetter is hosting this amazing challenge on her blog. This time with a really cool new team called the Curiosity Crew. I have been really looking forward to it when I heard that this challenge was coming. I joined in the last one, and had so much fun. This time it's a bi-weekly challenge. So we have more time to join in.
This is a great time to thank Terry once again, because I was the lucky winner of a copy of CC3 signed by Tim on her blog! The book wasn't available in the Netherlands yet, so I'm such a lucky lady that she picked my name out of all the entries. Thanks Terry, you're the best!

We are starting this journey with the Paint Marbeling technique. It's such a cool technique. The properties of the Distress Paints are that they marbelise when they come into contact with each other and they also react to a little water. Once they are dry, they remain as they are and they are permanent. If you don't have Distress Paints, I recommend them without a doubt!

The theme of this tag is Springtime and I had a nice stamp set laying around that I had never used before. The wooden butterflies made their return. I love them.

Thank you for stopping by! Love to see you next time!

Hugs,
Sandra

You are so welcome, Sandra! I am so happy that you were the winner and able to get the crafters bible in time to play the CC#3C. Wow, your background is beautifully marbled and I love the vibrant colors and black accents! Love this tag and I am working on my project, but had to take a break! Enjoy and send hugs from CA!

I love bright colours especially pinks and oranges. These tags are too beautiful. I am little late with saying thank you for the kind message you left on my blog. I am on holiday so getting on the net has been limited to a few minutes here and there when there is a connection. It meant a lot to me to read your sweet comments - thank you.
