Today something completely different ... I love making cupcakes, especially decorating them is so much fun. Last Valentine's Day I treated the men at work cupcakes and that was a great success. A few weeks ago, a colleague of mine asked if I maybe wanted to bake cupcakes for charity. And of course I wanted! A very good reason to make them. The cupcakes are sold at a sportclub (how funny, LOL) and the proceeds go to charity. Last friday night I made the first batch. And yesterday I made the 2nd batch. It takes a while (4.5 hours ...), but that's okay. I've already heard that the Friday batch was sold out almost immediately, that they were sold per box! LOL :).
