Thinking of You card with video tutorial

http://www.simonsaysstampblog.com/mondaychallenge/

Hi everyone,

It's Monday and that means a new Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! This week it's all about "Thinking of you".

I was in the mood for a lot of pink and black for this card. I started with the Swiss Dot stencil with some Transparent Texture Paste. After it was dry, I painted Spun Sugar Distress Paint with my fingers here and there. Immediately afterwards, I sprayed with a homemade spray of Picked Raspberry Reinker and Berry Twist Perfect Pearls.

I then used different colors of Distress Ink to create more depth into the background. I've used Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick and Abandoned Coral. When I applied Black Soot Crayons onto the edges, it didn't look nice because of the Texture Paste. So I've dusted off the Pitch Black Paint Dabber and applied that also onto the edges.

The Thinking is one of the Celebrations Words (thanks Cathie!). And I painted it black with the Pitch Black Paint Dabber. I've used the Wink of Stella Glitter Brush and white Gelly Roll pen to create more interest and some ore dimension.
