It's Monday and that means a new Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! This week it's all about "Cityscape".
This is my last Christmas card of the season and. As I already told last time, I made them in the same colors and in the same style as the others. As a kind of serie. For the cityscape I used the City Scene stencil, a pretty cool and unique stencil, which gives you many options to use. They should also make a die of it. That would be amazing!
Anyway, back to my Christmas card, first I applied a layer of Nuvo Expanding Mousse Worn Linen (thanks Marzena!) as with the other cards. Then with the Degrade the Points stencil applied some sparkle with the Glitter Glaze Fallen Snow. When that was dry, I started with my serie colors, Nuvo Shimmer Powder Storm Cloud, Infusion In The Navy and Black Knight. This time I also used Distress Ink Black Soot to give the Texture Paste some color, but I went over it with Infusions for a more intense color using a brush.
The word "City" is not in the Holiday Word die set, so I used Merry and Christmas with the Metallic-3 Cardstock and had all the letters I needed. I also used this Cardstock with the Alpha Lower dies and the Simon Says Stamp Stacked Stars. To make them into stickers, I use double-sided tape, which I stick to the back of the cardstock before I run it through the die-cutting machine. Super handy, especially with small pieces.

I LOVE this! I have watched the video so many times and have been playing with the techniques and ideas. This is my favorite of the series you did and is not specifically Christmas—-it is City. Thank you for sharing with us!
