It's Monday and that means a new Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! This week it's all about "Embossing Folders".
The Simon Says Stamp Geometric Embossing Folder was still sitting close to me and it's such a fun embossing folder, so perfect for this challenge. Before embossing I first applied color to the background. For that I used Distress Oxide Spray Speckled Egg and Salvaged Patina. When the background was dry, I used the Geometric Lattice Embossing Folder.
To show the raised areas better I used Frayed Burlap Distress Ink in the corners and Distress Crayon Black Soot along the edges. This draws even more attention to the texture of the embossing folder. I colored the Paper Doll with Distress Crayon Evergreen Bough, and gave her cute wings.
