CC3C #8 Faded Layers

Hi everyone,

Today I find the time to make CC3C numero 8! And this week we were asked to do the technique on page 58, Faded Layers.
This challenge is sponsored by The Funkie Junkie Boutique!
I was in the mood to use some bright colors to do this technique. But apparently a bit too bright, because I didn't get the Faded the Layers as well as I would have liked. Not sure why. If you look closely you can see 'em. I tell myself that this very subtle effect is great too...

The Scribble Flowers and pink ink which I stamped them with are from Simon Says Stamp. Doll Pink and Cotton Candy, love those sweet colors.

Thank you for stopping by! Love to see you next time!

Hugs,
Sandra

Hi Sandra! Your tag is darling. I totally love the bright colors you've used in your background. And I love the way you have created such a beautiful tag without covering up all of that gorgeous background. The random stamping of the text, the tissue tape and the popped balloons with the delicate drawn in black strings is adorable! Thanks for joining us at CC3C. <3 Candy

Lovely, bold and bright, Sandra! Love the text on that wonderful background. I also went bright and had a hard time getting the effect I wanted. I actually did that step several times! Maybe the brighter colors are more difficult to work with! Hugs!

I can see the Latticework, but its good to know about the bright colors. But regardless, the background is wonderful! I love the bold and cheery effect! Thank you so much for joining on on this Faded Layers challenge at CC3Challenge!
