Doodly Birthday card with video tutorial
Hi everyone,

It's Monday and that means a new Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! This week it's all about "Let's Doodle".

Doodling is something I'm not really good at, but I always like a challenge. I started to apply some texture by using the Tiles stencil together with some Texture Paste. On top of that I applied Opal Magic Green and Violet-Gold paint. After everything was dry, it was time for Infusions. This time I didn't use any Mod Podge , but I immediately started working with Infusions and water. There was enough color there from the Opal Magic paint.

Then I started doodlin with a white pen, but because the Infusions react when they get wet, the white didn't stay white. Kept going anyway, but finally chose to go over it with a black pen. I also worked with a few doodle-like stamps, which I colored with different colors of Distress Oxide Ink.

To join in all you need to do is make a project that fits this weeks challenge and you can be the winner of the $50 gift voucher that our amazing sponsor Simon Says Stamp offers. This prize will go to a random entry. So go over to the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge blog, let the DT members inspire you and join in the fun!
You have until Monday 8am Ohio time. 1pm UK time, 2 pm CET to join in.

This turned out really beautiful! I love how it's a piece of artwork at the bottom, a piece of artwork in the middle, and a piece of artwork at the top! Each component could stand on its own and I love your techniques and how much you teach me through your videos!
