Hi everyone,

It's Monday and that means a new Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! This week it's all about "Add Some Texture".

I love adding texture to my projects. First I started with a layer of different Washi Tapes. To tone it down a bit, I used White Gesso. Once that was dry, it was time for Texture Paste with the Halftone stencil.

For color I used Infusions In The Navy and Metallic Paint Stormy Ocean. Those two give such a cool deep navy color with an fabulous shimmer. For the sentiment I used the Small Talk Stickers and added shade to it with Distress Crayon Black Soot and a water brush.

It's Monday and that means a new Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! This week it's all about "Wild and Wonderful".

I really enjoy making nature themed cards. Often they are a bit the same with a blue sky and a green part for the greenery. But that makes it a classic ;). This time I didn't use the Wildflowers dies, but the Wildflowers stamp set.

For the background I started with sky, with Distress Spray Stain Salvage Patina and Speckled Egg, but also with Metallique Paint Stormy Ocean. That gives it a fun metallic effect.

For the greenery, I've used Distress Oxide Spray Crushed Olive, Distress Spray Stain Peeled Paint, Infusions Emerald Isle, and Nuvo Shimmer Powder Green Parade.
