It's Monday and that means a new Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! This week it's all about "Going Around In Circles".
I'm completely in love with the Minc Foil technique in combination with Distress Resist Spray! I even used a die to stamp with. And I'm really happy with the result. It creates an edge around the die cuts (of the same die), because the cutting template is just a bit wider, a perfect combination! I first started with the background to give it color. I did that with Distress Ink Stormy Sky, Peacock Feathers, Vintage Photo and Distress Oxide Stormy Sky.
I have to wait a while before I get the new Distress color, but got inspired by it and used the colors that are close to it, I find it close;), I don't know anything about color families LOL! After stamping with the Dapper stamp set in Distress Oxide Stormy Sky and Archival Ink Coffee, I started working with the Simon Says Stamp Ring Frame to stamp with Distress Resist Spray. So happy with the result.
