Bright and Beautiful card with video tutorial

http://www.simonsaysstampblog.com/mondaychallenge/
Hi everyone,

It's Monday and that means a new Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! This week it's all about "All Things Bright and Beautiful". We're also showcasing Paper Artsy products this week, if you have some we would like to see them used in your project.

And on a completely other note, this is my 600 blogpost :)!

For my card I used my favorite Paper Artsy product, Infusions! I use it almost every week for my projects. This time I've chosen the most bright colors, A Bit Jaded, Lemoncello and Are You Cerise. But first I embossed the background with the Alpha Embossing Folder. With Nuvo Mousse I applied the first layer of color. Then a second layer with Distress Oxide and the last layer Infusions.

For the Layered Dragonfly and I started with Distress Oxides. And then I used Infusions. The combination of Oxide and Infusions is so unique. To make the veins of the wings stand out, I used Distress Ink Ground Espresso. I've covered everything except the wings and rubbed the ink pad over it. This way only the embossed parts get color.

Totally bright and absolutely beautiful! Love everything about this card. The nuvo mousses on the embossed background are amazing and it's another technique I need to try cause the result is fabulous. Your use of Infusions I won't comment cause you should be a Brand Ambassador of them! The same with nuvo drops (envy!). Really fantastic! Hugs, Marzena
