Grunged Up Bat Cave card with video tutorial

http://www.simonsaysstampblog.com/mondaychallenge/
Hi everyone,

It's Monday and that means a new Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! This week it's all about "Grunge it Up".

As far as I'm concerned, Halloween season has started! It's my favorite holiday of the year. I started with Distress Ink Rusty Hinge, Vintage Photo, Ground Espresso and Black Soot. Through those I also used a bit of Metallique Paint Rustic Brown. After I finished building up the colors, I used Grit-Paste for extra texture. I made this black with Distress Paint Black Soot. I diluted this a little with water.

I really love the bats of the Bats Crazy cutting die set, and you will see them more often this Halloween season. I turned one of the flying bats into a hanging one. It was a bit of challenge, but I think it worked out reasonably in the end.
